The house is sold with lots of new renovations materials like two toilets ( one already installed
temporarily in the bathroom of the annex), two new basins with cabinets, a new zink for the kitchen,
enough new tiles for the bathroom and pantry floor, high-quality linoleum for the annex and entry hall of
the house, high-quality bathroom and kitchen paint, 3 hot water on demand systems.
Most of the old electricity is already replaced with new wires and plugs, there is an outside shower, the

So the house is livable as it is now and we lived in it all summer, all it needs is someone to complete the
renovations. It needs a new coat of paint outside and inside, the floors of all the rooms inside the house

We planned to renovate the house ourselves but due to a sudden unexpected health issue, we will not be
able to continue with the renovations. We can recommend trustworthy renovators in the area who can
help to complete the renovations at a low cost.
There are families from Scotland, UK, Spain, and Belgium already living in the area who have get-
togethers from time to time. So it is a nice area for retirement or for the summer holidays.
The garden is huge and has lots of fruit trees, the outbuildings consist of a large barn with several small
rooms and can be renovated as well to become another living unit.
There is a very friendly neighbor on one side and on two sides no neighbors. The town is in the process
of renovating a park near the house. The town itself has a few small grocery shops and a very nice
hardware store, ATM and a cafe that makes delicious Iced Cafe Lates.
There are a bigger town 30km minutes away and a city 60km away.
